We process most orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, but we recommend ordering by December 15th to ensure delivery before Christmas Day.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all non-personalized decorations. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that returns initiated after December 25th are eligible for store credit only.
Are your Christmas trees covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our artificial trees come with a 3-year limited warranty covering frame construction and a 1-year warranty on the integrated LED lighting systems.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Christmas In America ships exclusively to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii to ensure the fastest delivery times during the busy holiday season.
How do I care for my heirloom ornaments?
We recommend wiping glass and hand-painted ornaments with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Always store them in a temperature-controlled environment inside acid-free tissue paper to prevent fading or cracking.
