At Christmas In America, we want your holiday decor to bring pure joy to your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the festive items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original holiday packaging, ensuring all ornaments, lights, or greenery are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
